| Adult & Cadet Back to Back Competition |
| A Several fighters travelled north in late October to compete in a back to back competition. Previous excursions have seen our competitors ill-prepared and few in number. However, in the preceding months prior to this competition our fighters had been training hard even attending a special Sunday morning session arranged by Sensei Ryan. Although only Dean Flynn managed to win a silver medal, all the fighters aquited themselves magnificently and were judged by some to be the most aggressive (in the nicest sence of the word) fighters present. Congratulations to all who took part and a special mention for Jaque Ward who should have been competing as a cadet and found himself in the unenviable position of fighting in the adult category against the like's of British Squad member Mick Howe! |
