Jaque Ward, Richard Ward, Steve Edwards, Dean Flynn, Sensei Ryan Hendry and Tommy all survived the gruelling 4 hour session. Much was learned from the day and Tashi Bob Cowan has now introduced some of the training drills into our Sport Jujitsu sessions.

Congratulations to you all.....and talking of congratulations, Tashi Bob Cowan was voted on to the AMA Jujitsi Advisory & Technical Commitee.

I'm sure that all IAJJ students wish him well in this new and impoortant role.
