Kempo Ryu Jujitsu

We've had 2 visits in the last couple of months from Renshi Cliff Witcher and Sensei Kevin Franks from ZEN OKINAWAN KENPO RYU JUJUTSU club in Bedford. Those students present, were treated to some fascinating and painful 'atemi' strike techniques. Obviously it's very difficult to pick up the techniques demonstrated in a very short space of time so, hopefully, Sensei Cowan can arrange for them to return later on in the year for a longer session. Renshi Witcher has invited any one that's interested to train at his dojo in Bedford. There are no Wednesday night Dunstable training sessions throughout August so, this may be an opportunity to get some extra and unique training in.
