Judo Training Day

All the places for Juniors have now gone! If you wanted to take part but haven't booked yet then you're too late - there are a still few adult spaces left but they're quickly filling up. So don't leave it to late

International Atemi Sport Jujitsu

Monday night's Hockwell Ring adult session has changed to Sport Jujitsu training. Any martial artist, whatever their style is welcome to come and train, for competition or for fun all are welcome. It's hard work but very rewarding and no matter how much you think you know there's always someone who knows that little extra something that makes your training complete!

If the concept is successful, and interest remains high then there is a possibility that of a junior Sport Jujitsu training session. We'll keep you posted.
