Monday night's Hockwell Ring adult session has changed to Sport Jujitsu training. Any martial artist, whatever their style is welcome to come and train, for competition or for fun all are welcome. It's hard work but very rewarding and no matter how much you think you know there's always someone who knows that little extra something that makes your training complete!

On September 2-3rd the World Sport Jujitsu Championships took place in Leeds. Several of us attended the event and were treated to some spectacular fights. Listed below is the complete medal table for the event:
