| Judo Training Day | ||||||||
![]() | ||||||||
| We have the venue, the day and the instructors. Saturday 4th November at Dunstable Leisure Centre will be a special Judo training day. As most martial artists know Judo is closely linked to Jujitsu. The main difference is that judo is now primarily seen as a sport and jujitsu (our style at least) employs strikes before and after techniques | ||||||||
| Judo practitioners utilise body mechanics and momentum to perform their techniques, usually from a standing lapel grab position. They are also very skilled ground fighters. This is your chance to gain some extra knowledge - especially useful if you're interested in competing at Sport Jujitsu. We have a judo 3rd Dan with some of his 1st Dan students coming along to give us an insight in how judo works and teach us some techniques. If you're interested, you must book a place by paying in advance. There will be a limit to how many students can take part on the day so first come first served. Saturday 4th November A number of places have already been filled so to avoid disappointment get in early | ||||||||
